Custom Products
Since each item is made to order with unique designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fluxtee.com with the following:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, we may have already begun production and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Sale or promotional items
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
